Nicole’s research interests are the implications of the serotonergic system on methamphetamine reward in rodent models and the impacts of stress and corticotropin releasing factor receptors on Alzheimer’s Disease pathogenesis in the TgF344-AD model. She currently utilizes molecular biology, electrophysiology, immunohistology, microscopy, and ethology techniques in her experiments, with the goal of propelling translational research. In her free time, Nicole enjoys rock climbing, cycling, and watching movies.
