Aims and Founders

The Quad-L Master’s Award was established to provide financial support for research conducted by Pre-Master’s graduate students in the Department of Psychology who are conducting research in the area of learning, memory, and cognition. One award will be granted per academic year. Scientific merit and need for financial support will be considered in making funding decisions. This award is made through the generous support of the Logan family.

Eligibility

Pre-Master's graduate students in the Department of Psychology with an approved Thesis Proposal on file are eligible to receive this award.

Applying for the Awards

Applicants must submit:

  • A 1-page description of their Master's research.
  • A detailed budget.
  • Budget justification that addresses need for financial support.
  • A letter of support from the primary advisor that address need for financial support and the applicant's ability to complete the project within the departmental guidelines.
